Shipping Policy
All orders are shipped directly from our factory just outside of Mumbai.
Dispatch Time: We aim to process and dispatch your items within 24 hours of placing your order for in-stock items. Orders placed on public holidays get processed on the next available working day, and orders placed on Saturday/Sunday get processed on Monday.
Delivery Time: Depending on your location, orders take 5-7 business days to arrive. Please note, although we try and ensure all deliveries are within this window, we cannot guarantee a delivery date once the parcel is handed over to our courier partners.
Cash on Delivery: Available for orders above 999 INR.
Free Shipping: Available on orders above 999 INR.
Express Shipping: Chargeable. Available for prepaid orders only. If you are located in Mumbai and require same-day delivery, please contact/WhatsApp us on +91-8558557272 (Only applicable to orders placed before 2pm)
Shipping fees are calculated based on the delivery address for a single location.

Returns & Exchange Policy
At Feier, we want to ensure you are happy with your purchase. Here’s what you need to know about our returns and exchanges:
Initiating a Return/Exchange:
- You can request returns/exchanges within 7 days of delivery by emailing hello@shopfeier.com or messaging us on WhatsApp.
- Please provide your order number and the email/phone number used at checkout.
- Alternatively, use the Return function from your order page.
- We will arrange the pick-up via our courier partners for a smooth return process once your return is approved.
Return & Exchange Conditions:
- All items must be unused, unwashed, and have their original tags attached.
- For any first-time exchange on an order, the exchange is free. However, subsequent exchanges will incur a 200 INR shipping fee.
- If there is an issue upon unboxing (damage, wrong size/item etc.) please reach out to us immediately and attach a photo of the item.
Refund Process:
- Refunds are issued in the original form of payment once the item is returned and passes our Quality Check.
- Please note that it may take up to 14 days for us to receive the returned item.
- For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed via UPI/GPay or bank transfer. Kindly provide your payment detailswhen requesting a return.
Panties:
For hygiene reasons, please note panties cannot be exchanged or returned, even if unopened. Please double-check your order before placing it.
