Shipping Policy
At Feier, every order ships directly from our factory just outside Mumbai.
Dispatch Time:
- In-stock items are usually processed and dispatched within 24 hours of placing your order.
- Orders placed on Sundays,or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
Delivery Time:
- Standard delivery takes 5–7 business days, depending on your location.
- While we do our best to ensure on-time delivery, please note that once a parcel is handed over to our courier partners, we cannot guarantee exact delivery dates.
Shipping Charges:
- Free shipping on all orders above ₹999.
- For orders below ₹999, a flat ₹100 shipping fee applies.
- Shipping fees are calculated based on the delivery address for a single location.
Express / Same Day Shipping
- Express shipping is available on prepaid orders only.
- For same-day delivery in Mumbai, please contact us on WhatsApp at +91-8858857272. (Only applicable to orders placed before 2 PM.)
Cash on Delivery:
- COD is available on orders above ₹999.
- We offer an exclusive 5% discount when you choose prepaid payment instead.

Returns & Exchange Policy
At Feier, we want to ensure you are happy with your purchase. Here’s what you need to know about our returns and exchanges:
Initiating a Return/Exchange:
- You can request returns or exchanges within 7 days of delivery by clicking here: Return Portal.
- Please provide your order number and the email/phone number used at checkout.
- For queries, message us on WhatsApp or us write to us at hello@shopfeier.com
- We’ll arrange the pick-up via our courier partners once your return is approved.
Return & Exchange Conditions:
- All items must be unused, unwashed, and have original tags attached.
- First exchange on an order is free. Any subsequent exchanges will incur a ₹200 shipping fee.
- If you accidentally return an item you didn’t mean to, we’ll happily ship it back to you once you pay a ₹100 return shipping fee.
- If there’s an issue upon unboxing (wrong item, damage, size issue, etc.), please reach out immediately with a photo, so we can resolve the issue.
Refund Process:
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the item is returned and passes our Quality Check.
- Please allow up to 14 days for us to receive and process your return.

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed only via bank transfer. Kindly share your account details when requesting a return.
- Refunds will not be issued via UPI, Paytm, or GPay.
Panties:
- For hygiene reasons, panties cannot be returned or exchanged, even if unopened. Please double-check your order before placing it.
