Yes! All our items are sold individually: you don’t need to buy a set unless you want to! Simply find the item you need in the recommended section on the product page or search for it in the search bar.
We keep you in the loop every step of the way! You’ll receive updates via email (if provided at checkout) and WhatsApp after placing your order. You can also track your order status directly from the link provided in the confirmation email.
Placing an order is simple! Just browse our collection, add your favorite items to your cart, and proceed to checkout. After completing your payment, your order will be processed, and we’ll keep you updated with shipping information.
If you need to make any changes to your order, please inform us within 30 minutes of placing your order. Once your order is shipped, unfortunately, we can no longer make changes to it. You can cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it by reaching out to us via email or WhatsApp. If the order has already shipped, we won’t be able to cancel it, but we’ll assist you in the return process once you receive the item.
Important: You can only cancel your order before it reaches the ‘Ready to Ship’ status.
We aim to process and dispatch in-stock orders within 24 hours of placement, excluding weekends and holidays. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.
Delivery time typically ranges from 5-7 business days, depending on your location. Although we do our best to meet this window, delivery times may vary once the parcel is with the courier.
Yes! If you’re in a hurry, for prepaid orders only, we offer chargeable express shipping (delivery within 48-72 hours depending on
location). If you’re in Mumbai, we even offer same-day delivery for orders placed before 2 PM. Contact us via WhatsApp for more details.
We offer a hassle-free exchange and return policy. You can return items within 7 days of delivery. Just ensure the product is unused, unwashed, and has the original tags attached. We provide free exchanges for first-time returns; however, subsequent exchanges will incur a ₹200 shipping fee.
Due to hygiene reasons, panties cannot be returned or exchanged, even if unopened.
Please note: During certain specified sale periods, we offer exchanges only on items and no returns will be accepted. If sale items are exchanged or refunded, value will be calculated on sale price charged, and not MRP.

Refunds are issued to your original payment method after the returned item passes our quality check. For COD orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer / UPI. Please note the return process can take up to 20 days to receive a refund. You may also opt for store credit (during some promotional events we only offer store credit for returns)
We accept both prepaid and Cash on Delivery (COD) payments. Prepaid options include credit/debit cards, UPI, and net banking.
📌 Cash on Delivery: Available for orders above INR 1499. A non refundable upfront payment of INR 100 is required to confirm your COD order. This helps us ensure that orders are placed by genuine customers. The remaining amount can be paid at the time of delivery.
📌 We offer an exclusive 5% discount when you choose prepaid payment instead.
📌 Free Shipping: Available on orders above INR 1499.
