How do I place an order?

Placing an order is simple! Just browse our collection, add your favorite items to your cart, and proceed to checkout. After completing your payment, your order will be processed and we'll keep you updated with shipping information.

Can I change my address or phone number after placing my order?

How can I cancel my order?

You can cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it by reaching out to us via email or WhatsApp. If the order has already shipped, we won't be able to cancel it, but we'll assist you in the return process once you receive the item. Important: You can only cancel your order before it reaches the 'Ready to Ship' status.

When will my order be shipped?

We aim to process and dispatch in-stock orders within 24 hours of placement, excluding weekends and holidays. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

How long does delivery take?

Delivery time typically ranges from 5–7 business days, depending on your location. Although we do our best to meet this window, delivery times may vary once the parcel is with the courier.

Can I opt for faster delivery?

What is your exchange and return policy?

We offer a hassle-free exchange and return policy. You can return items within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unwashed, and have original tags attached. The first exchange on an order is free; any subsequent exchanges incur a ₹200 shipping fee. For hygiene reasons, panties cannot be returned or exchanged, even if unopened. During certain sale periods, only exchanges are accepted and no returns will be processed.

How do I return an item?

To initiate a return, message us on WhatsApp or write to us at hello@shopfeier.com. Once your return is approved, we'll arrange a pick-up via our courier partners. If there's an issue upon unboxing (wrong item, damage, size issue, etc.), please reach out immediately with a photo so we can resolve the issue.

How will I receive my refund?

Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the item is returned and passes our Quality Check. Please allow up to 14 days for us to receive and process your return. For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed only via bank transfer.

What payment options do you accept?

We accept both prepaid and Cash on Delivery (COD) payments. Prepaid options include credit/debit cards, UPI, and net banking. COD is available on orders above ₹1499. We also offer an exclusive 5% discount when you choose prepaid payment.
